Who handles your data

EASY MOTION LLC operates EasyMotion and is responsible for the personal data described here. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact support@easymotion.cc.

Data and purposes

We process your email, sign-in and security records, prompts, submitted media, generated videos, payment and subscription identifiers, Stars ledger, and support correspondence. We use these to provide your account and requested generations, verify payments, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of our contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in securing and operating the service.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and private media. Siray processes the prompts and media needed for video generation. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your full card number. If you use Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and supplies the account information needed to sign in. Support messages are processed by our email service providers. Providers may process data internationally; applicable transfer safeguards are required where law requires them.

Private media and storage

Your video library is account-restricted. Anyone you choose to share downloaded media with may retain it. We retain account and generation data while needed to provide the service, and retain payment, fraud-prevention, and legal records where required. Deleting your account removes or disables access to account content; records required for legal obligations or dispute resolution may be retained for those purposes.

Cookies and local storage

We use necessary session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, drafts, preferences, and recovery of pending checkout attempts. The application does not currently load advertising analytics.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and exercise applicable objection or restriction rights. Authenticated account endpoints support export and deletion; support can help with these requests. We may verify your identity before releasing or changing account data. You may complain to the data protection authority competent for your location.
