The service and your account

EasyMotion is operated by EASY MOTION LLC. We provide safe-for-work AI video generation and a private video library. Keep your sign-in links private and provide an email address you control. Contact us at support@easymotion.cc.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in material you submit. You give us permission to process that material and send it to our service providers solely to operate the service and fulfill your requests. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission to use a person's likeness, and follow our content policy. Do not submit illegal, sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or infringing content.

Generated videos may contain errors and may resemble other outputs. Review them before use and disclose AI generation where required. We do not guarantee originality, copyright protection, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you publish and use your videos.

Prices, payments, and Stars

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes payments. Stars are EasyMotion service credits, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where a refund is required by law. Videos cost 25 Stars per second; the total appears before generation. A checkout return alone does not confirm payment or allocate Stars.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew each month; yearly subscriptions renew every 12 months until canceled. The allowance is delivered upfront after verified payment. Monthly Stars expire two months after allocation; yearly Stars expire after 13 months. Cancel future renewals through Manage subscription in Plans & Stars. Cancellation stops the next renewal; existing Stars remain available until expiry, unless refunded or revoked for abuse or a payment reversal.

One-time Star purchases

Top-ups are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. Purchased top-up Stars expire 60 days after confirmed payment. The selected quantity and price are shown before checkout.

Failures and refunds

Stars reserved for a failed generation are restored automatically. Payment refunds, duplicate charges, and consumer withdrawal rights are covered by our refund policy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Service availability and account restrictions

Generation times and availability vary. We may restrict content or suspend an account for policy violations, fraud, or threats to the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies required by applicable law.

Changes and privacy

The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase. Material changes to ongoing subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect. Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and generation data.
